Cancellation of order
Once order has been made no cancellation is allowed. In any case of cancellation 100% value of the order will be charged.
Exchange
Items sold are not exchangeable.
Changes in order
Any changes pertaining to the order must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
Substitution
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Jojo Durian will substitute a similar element of equal or greater value.
